Up until recently without being an ISRAELI CITIZEN (and having a tudat
zehut) one was unable to get ones RAV KAV MONTHLY PASS down to 157.5
shekel (from the regular amount of 315 shekel).
We now have a team that can b'ezras Hashem arrange a brand new rav kav
for you with the discount, as long as you have a BITUACH LEUMI NUMBER, as
well as the documents listed below.
This will save you over 150 shekel a month*.* That's close to 1900 shekel
saved over the next 12 months!

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
We are going to need the following from you: (Whats in bold is an absolute
must, the other two are just preferred)
*- *on a blank page, please clearly write your full name, address, phone
number and BITUACH LEUMI number (starting with 77).
- copy of your passport
*- apartment *rental or ownership contract under your name, in Hebrew

• separate passport picture, or the like (preferably the size to go on the
  back of your new rav kav)
• arnona, chashmal or water bill, linked to your home address, from the
  last six months (if this is not possible to attain, please just send the
  others and notify us)

HOW DO I SEND IN THE DOCUMENTS?
The simplest and quickest way is to scan and attach all the aforementioned
documents to an email and send them to us.
If this is not an option, please prepare the documents and then notify us
so we can arrange a pickup.

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that are
'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can receive
the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around the
country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible, please give
up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your current
rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without any
disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're saving
more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using the rav
kav!)
The payment will only be required once we have successfully attained and
delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.
Again, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best. If we do not manage
to get the discount for you there will obviously be no fee.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?
Yes, the discount only gets you half price on the monthly pass, NOT if
you're simply uploading money and paying 8 shekel each time..
However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now may be the
time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be worth it to
pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the country
with *menuchas
hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or more for intercity) each time you
travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a month
(around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for this monthly
pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in general,
it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to obtain a
"geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat challenging, and
as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to pay an
agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the geographic
discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus company in Beit Shemesh.
This office is located in Merkaz Rimonim, near Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill or a
  letter from a lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this method will work in all cases. We
would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience so that we can

zehut) one was unable to get ones RAV KAV MONTHLY PASS down to 157.5
shekel (from the regular amount of 315 shekel).

We are going to need the following from you: (Whats in bold is an absolute
must, the other two are just preferred)
*- *on a blank page, please clearly write your full name, address, phone

- copy of your passport
*- apartment *rental or ownership contract under your name, in Hebrew

• separate passport picture, or the like (preferably the size to go on the

HOW DO I SEND IN THE DOCUMENTS?
The simplest and quickest way is to scan and attach all the aforementioned
documents to an email and send them to us.
If this is not an option, please prepare the documents and then notify us
so we can arrange a pickup.

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that
are 'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can receive
the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around the
country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible, please
give up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your current
rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without any
disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're saving
more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using the rav
kav!)
The payment will only be required once we have successfully attained and
delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.
Again, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best. If we do not
manage to get the discount for you there will obviously be no fee.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?
Yes, the discount only gets you half price on the monthly pass, NOT if
you're simply uploading money and paying 8 shekel each time..
However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now may be the
time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be worth it to
pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the country with *menuchas
hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or more for intercity) each time
you travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a month
(around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for this monthly
pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in general,
it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to obtain a
"geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat challenging, and
as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to pay an
agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the geographic
discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus company in Beit
Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz Rimonim, near Ramat Beit
Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill or a
  letter from a lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this method will work in all
cases. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience so

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that
are 'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can receive
the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around the
country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible, please
give up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your current
rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without any
disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're saving
more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using the rav
kav!)
The payment will only be required once we have successfully attained and
delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.
Again, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best. If we do not
manage to get the discount for you there will obviously be no fee.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?
Yes, the discount only gets you half price on the monthly pass, NOT if
you're simply uploading money and paying 8 shekel each time..
However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now may be
the time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be worth it
to pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the country with *menuchas
hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or more for intercity) each time
you travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a month
(around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for this monthly
pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in
general, it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to
obtain a "geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat
challenging, and as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to pay
an agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the
geographic discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus company
in Beit Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz Rimonim, near Ramat
Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill or a
  letter from a lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this method will work in all
cases. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience so

obtain a "geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat
challenging, and as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to pay
an agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the
geographic discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus company
in Beit Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz Rimonim, near
Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill or
  a letter from a lawyer

zehut) one was unable to get ones RAV KAV MONTHLY PASS down to
157.5 shekel (from the regular amount of 315 shekel).

as well as the documents listed below.
This will save you over 150 shekel a month*.* That's close to 1900
shekel saved over the next 12 months!

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
We are going to need the following from you: (Whats in bold is an
absolute must, the other two are just preferred)
*- *on a blank page, please clearly write your full name, address,
phone number and BITUACH LEUMI number (starting with 77).
- copy of your passport
*- apartment *rental or ownership contract under your name, in
Hebrew

• separate passport picture, or the like (preferably the size to go on
  the back of your new rav kav)
• arnona, chashmal or water bill, linked to your home address, from

The simplest and quickest way is to scan and attach all the

If this is not an option, please prepare the documents and then notify

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that
are 'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can
receive the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around
the country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible, please
give up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your
current rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without
any disturbances to your travel.

Since making our service public around two weeks ago we have received an
enormous influx of emails and calls requesting our services.
We have responded to hundreds of emails and taken calls to even more
customers by phone. Between the two it amounts to close to one thousand
requests!
BH we successfully managed to help many clients with securing them with
discounted rav kavs, potentially saving close to 2000 shekel each over the
next 12 months!
HOWEVER, we have now run into an issue with the way in which we arrange the
rav kavs.
Although as stated many times, and reassured by the rav kav department,
what we have being doing is fully legally and with their explicit approval,
they have now denied us the ability to arrange the discount on behalf of
other people. Since Thursday last week, our team have tried, albeit
unsuccessfully, to rectify this issue. If at some point in the future we
manage to solve this issue, our hope is to get in touch with all our
clients that we are in the middle of dealing with, as well as to advertise
to the public that we are reopening.
Until then, we unfortunately CANNOT OFFER OUR SERVICE.!

Up until recently without being an ISRAELI CITIZEN (and having a tudat
zehut) one was unable to get ones RAV KAV MONTHLY PASS down to
157.5 shekel (from the regular amount of 315 shekel).
We now have a team that can b'ezras Hashem arrange a brand new rav
kav for you with the discount, as long as you have a BITUACH LEUMI NUMBER,
as well as the documents listed below.
This will save you over 150 shekel a month*.* That's close to 1900
shekel saved over the next 12 months!

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
We are going to need the following from you: (Whats in bold is an
absolute must, the other two are just preferred)
*- *on a blank page, please clearly write your full name, address,
phone number and BITUACH LEUMI number (starting with 77).
- copy of your passport
*- apartment *rental or ownership contract under your name, in
Hebrew

• separate passport picture, or the like (preferably the size to go
  on the back of your new rav kav)
• arnona, chashmal or water bill, linked to your home address, from
  the last six months (if this is not possible to attain, please just send
  the others and notify us)

HOW DO I SEND IN THE DOCUMENTS?
The simplest and quickest way is to scan and attach all the
aforementioned documents to an email and send them to us.
If this is not an option, please prepare the documents and then
notify us so we can arrange a pickup.

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that
are 'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can
receive the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around
the country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible,
please give up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your
current rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without
any disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're
saving more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using
the rav kav!)
The payment will only be required once we have successfully attained
and delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.
Again, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best. If we do not
manage to get the discount for you there will obviously be no fee.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?

However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now may
be the time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be worth
it to pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the country
with *menuchas hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or more for
intercity) each time you travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a
month (around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for
this monthly pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in
general, it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to
obtain a "geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat
challenging, and as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to
pay an agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the
geographic discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus
company in Beit Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz Rimonim,
near Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill
  or a letter from a lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this method will work in all
cases. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on your experience
so that we can better advise others in the future.

please give up to about a week from when we receive the documents

current rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without
any disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're
saving more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using

The payment will only be required once we have successfully attained
and delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?
Yes, the discount only gets you half price on the monthly pass, NOT

However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now may
be the time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be worth
it to pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the country
with *menuchas hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or more for
intercity) each time you travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a
month (around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for
this monthly pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in
general, it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to
obtain a "geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat
challenging, and as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need to
pay an agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the
geographic discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus
company in Beit Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz
Rimonim, near Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona bill
  or a letter from a lawyer

Since making our service public around two weeks ago we have received an
enormous influx of emails and calls requesting our services.
We have responded to hundreds of emails and taken calls to even more
customers by phone. Between the two it amounts to close to one thousand
requests!
BH we successfully managed to help many clients with securing them with
discounted rav kavs, potentially saving close to 2000 shekel each over the
next 12 months!
HOWEVER, we have now run into an issue with the way in which we arrange
the rav kavs.
Although as stated many times, and reassured by the rav kav department,
what we have being doing is fully legally and with their explicit approval,
they have now denied us the ability to arrange the discount on behalf of
other people. Since Thursday last week, our team have tried, albeit
unsuccessfully, to rectify this issue. If at some point in the future we
manage to solve this issue, our hope is to get in touch with all our
clients that we are in the middle of dealing with, as well as to advertise
to the public that we are reopening.
Until then, we unfortunately CANNOT OFFER OUR SERVICE.!

באנגלית אבל מן הסתם למי שצריך את זה יבינו

Since making our service public around two weeks ago we have received an
enormous influx of emails and calls requesting our services.
We have responded to hundreds of emails and taken calls to even more
customers by phone. Between the two it amounts to close to one thousand
requests!
BH we successfully managed to help many clients with securing them with
discounted rav kavs, potentially saving close to 2000 shekel each over the
next 12 months!
HOWEVER, we have now run into an issue with the way in which we arrange
the rav kavs.
Although as stated many times, and reassured by the rav kav department,
what we have being doing is fully legally and with their explicit approval,
they have now denied us the ability to arrange the discount on behalf of
other people. Since Thursday last week, our team have tried, albeit
unsuccessfully, to rectify this issue. If at some point in the future we
manage to solve this issue, our hope is to get in touch with all our
clients that we are in the middle of dealing with, as well as to advertise
to the public that we are reopening.
Until then, we unfortunately CANNOT OFFER OUR SERVICE.!

Up until recently without being an ISRAELI CITIZEN (and having a tudat
zehut) one was unable to get ones RAV KAV MONTHLY PASS down to
157.5 shekel (from the regular amount of 315 shekel).
We now have a team that can b'ezras Hashem arrange a brand new
rav kav for you with the discount, as long as you have a BITUACH LEUMI
NUMBER, as well as the documents listed below.
This will save you over 150 shekel a month*.* That's close to
1900 shekel saved over the next 12 months!

WHAT DOCUMENTS DO I NEED?
We are going to need the following from you: (Whats in bold is an
absolute must, the other two are just preferred)
*- *on a blank page, please clearly write your full name,
address, phone number and BITUACH LEUMI number (starting with 77).
- copy of your passport
*- apartment *rental or ownership contract under your name, in
Hebrew

• separate passport picture, or the like (preferably the size to
  go on the back of your new rav kav)
• arnona, chashmal or water bill, linked to your home address,
  from the last six months (if this is not possible to attain, please just
  send the others and notify us)

HOW DO I SEND IN THE DOCUMENTS?
The simplest and quickest way is to scan and attach all the
aforementioned documents to an email and send them to us.
If this is not an option, please prepare the documents and then
notify us so we can arrange a pickup.

*HOW DOES IT WORK AND IS IT LEGAL? *
Yes, we are totally legal.
As many have repeatedly said, there is no reason why *Chutznakim *that
are 'bituach leumi holders' shouldn't be able to receive the discount like
their Israeli counterparts. Unfortunately, as with many other things in the
Israeli bureaucratic system, treating the foreigners equally do not seem to
be the biggest priority by the Rav Kav offices, and therefore it has been
made nearly impossible to attain.
Our team have now found a way in which bituach leumi holders can
receive the discount (like they openly admit should be the case all around
the country in every rav kav office) That's where as service comes in, and
where we do all the work for you.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE UNTIL I GET MY NEW DISCOUNTED RAV KAV?
Although we aim to get your rav kav to you as soon as possible,
please give up to about a week from when we receive the documents
Please note: due to the fact that we do not need to collect your
current rav kav, you are can still use it freely in the meantime without
any disturbances to your travel.

IS THERE A FEE?
Yes, we charge a minimal 150 shekel for the full service (you're
saving more than the amount of our fee on just your first month of using
the rav kav!)
The payment will only be required once we have successfully
attained and delivered the newly discounted rav kav to you.
Again, IT IS NOT GUARANTEED, but we will try our best. If we do
not manage to get the discount for you there will obviously be no fee.

IS THE DISCOUNT ONLY FOR THE MONTHLY PASS?
Yes, the discount only gets you half price on the monthly pass,
NOT if you're simply uploading money and paying 8 shekel each time..
However, even if you haven't had a monthly pass until now - now
may be the time to get one! If you do the maths it may very well be
worth it to pay 157.5 shekel a month and get unlimited buses around the
country with *menuchas hanefesh *and without paying 8 shekel (or
more for intercity) each time you travel.
*B'kitzur, *if you are taking a local bus at least 20 bus times a
month (around 5 a week) then its already *kedai *it to apply for
this monthly pass.

While we cannot speak for a specific agent and their methods, in
general, it is both legally and halachically permitted for a visa holder to
obtain a "geographic profile" on a rav kav, though it is somewhat
challenging, and as far as we have seen, can only be done in Bet Shemesh.

Note that this process can be done on your own, without the need
to pay an agent. Some visa holders have reported success in receiving the
geographic discount at the Rav Kav office of the Express bus
company in Beit Shemesh. This office is located in Merkaz
Rimonim, near Ramat Beit Shemesh Gimmel.

Applicants should bring the following documents:

• Passport
• Rental contract
• An additional proof of address, such as a utility/arnona
  bill or a letter from a lawyer

Please note: We cannot guarantee that this method will work in
all cases. We would greatly appreciate your feedback on your
experience so that we can better advise others in the future.
